Education

High School Academics were pretty easy to me. I was very disciplined, but also very “gifted”. I always took the hardest classes because otherwise I would get bored. Math was my strong suit. I was exceptional with numbers. This sparked early direction from my parents to start considering Engineering. I ended up attending a vocational school to study some engineering subjects where I learned CAD software and some basic engineering technologies in an application learning environment. I was not a very curious learner, but I wanted to get A’s. I was competitive. I couldnt fathom the idea of somebody saying or thinking they were smarter than me. I remember being motivated by keeping my class rank as high as possible. Sitting in the top 18 of 650 high school students (3%).

  • Excited to start my MBA in Spring of 2024 at Oklahoma State University. With this program I will be able to take classes part-time and pursue specializations in entrepreneurship or business analytics.

Athletics (Birth - 18 years old)

  • My game was described as “doing what the team needed”, “Mr. Hustle”

  • Various Division III & Division II opportunities to play at the collegiate level

  • Sibling of 3 Division I athletes

  • Team captain and considered a vocal leader for the team

  • Coached by Hall of Fame Coach Joe Mackey

  • My coaches described me as one of the most highly disciplined and coachable players they had ever coached. “Aaron brings a sense of focus and attention to every practice and sets the tone for his team”

I grew up play organized sports in basketball, soccer, and baseball always knowing my true passion was basketball. I played team sports. The sports where your work is held accountable to your teammates. I grew up in winning culture. I do not think there was one team that I was ever on from baseball to soccer to basketball was ever a losing team. Losing was not an option. My coaches were world class. From my youth days to my high school days I was blessed with coaches that were like father figures to me. They pushed me, disciplined me, made me hate their guts, after it all I loved them. They loved me.

Sports taught me how to persevere, commit to goals, sacrifice, how to win, how to lose, the difference between good teams and bad ones, how to compete and how to be coached. Those lessons were in my most formative years for 18 years. Its in my blood. Its brainwashed into me. It’s who I am.
